How does it work?
Ideal for adult learners* who enjoy learning Spanish whilst also have a desire to travel, soak up the local culture, and immerse themselves in Spanish life, the Santander Spanish Language Immersion Experience offers a boutique learning experience tailored to each student’s needs and designed to make speaking Spanish easy and fun.
Home to your host and Spanish tutor, Marta, Santander is also the capital city of the Cantabria region on Spain’s north coast, and is a beautiful and welcoming city in which you will immediately feel at home.
Well-known for its fabulous beaches, wide variety of bars and restaurants and its many cultural attractions and events, Santander has something for everyone. So whether you are looking to try your hand at a new watersport, delight your taste buds with the famous Cantabrian cuisine or immerse yourself in the local culture whilst you learn and practice your Spanish, Santander won’t disappoint.
And for those who want to travel further afield and experience more of the Cantabrian region, Santander is the ideal base for exploring more of the area’s green countryside and picturesque, historical villages whilst basking in its warm and relaxing weather.

FAQs
Unfortunately flights are not included in the fees. However, we are happy to help you with your itinerary with some recommendations and advices.
The fee includes private lessons; private accommodation and free time activities with your teacher and locals. Daily meals or additional cost from the activities is not included ( horse riding; skiing ,etc )
There is not policy about booking. We suggest you to contact us to check our
available dates.
Our immersion Spanish course is run at different levels.
We will email you with the confirmation and the total price . We guarantee your reservation with a down payment for an amount mentioned on the final price proposal. The rest of the course fees should be paid first day of the course.
Refund requests made up to 60 days prior to the course-start date have no cost.
Refund requests made between 59 and 31 days prior to the course-start date 10% of the program’s total cost applies.
Refund requests made between 30 and 7 days prior to the course-start date 20% of the program’s total cost applies.
– Refund requests made 6 days or less prior to the course-start date 30% of the program’s total cost applies
We accept Paypal, Stripe and Bank transfers.
That depends on the program ( normal or intensive) but it is always unhurried and relaxed. We can adapt everything.
After breakfast we can take a lesson and then we are free to experience real Spanish life with some activities around the city or surrounding areas ( 3-4 hours with your teacher and some locals). After the daily program you will have free time to do what you like the most.
You will enjoy your own private apartment. It will be just you ( and your party if you come to learn with someone else).

- private lessons ( 10 or 20 per week – normal or intensive course)
- accommodation in a private apartment.
- free time with your teacher and locals.
The fee does not include:
- daily meals
- additional cost of the activities ( horse riding, golf; skiing fees, etc etc).
